Psychedelic Integration Sessions

The journey cracked something open. Now what?

The days and weeks after a psychedelic experience are strange and tender. The nervous system is raw. The psyche is porous. Something opened — and now you’re holding insights that feel enormous, or ripples that feel overwhelming, and you’re not sure how to carry any of it into an ordinary Tuesday.

This is the window where transformation either takes root or quietly fades. It’s also, I believe, the most important part of the whole thing. Integration is how an opening becomes a life.

Together we’ll do a focused stretch of work: honoring what surfaced, steadying what feels destabilizing, and helping the medicine’s gifts actually land — in your relationships, your choices, your sense of who you are. I bring real training in this. I also bring my own lived experience of how these journeys can open doors I didn’t know were there. You don’t have to make sense of it alone.

This is for you if...

You’ve recently journeyed and whether it was beautiful, confusing, shattering, or all three at once, you don’t want it to fade. It’s for you if you’re feeling the porousness that follows, carrying something you can’t quite name, or trying to settle waves that came in bigger than you expected.

You don’t need it figured out. That’s the whole point of integration.

If what you’re after is ongoing, open-ended depth work rather than focused post-journey support, my Hakomi counseling may be the better fit — and we can move between the two as you go.

How I Work

The days and weeks after a journey are when transformation can take root—or quietly fade away. It’s a window of heightened neuroplasticity, and also a tender time, when the nervous system is more vulnerable and the psyche more porous. My work is to offer a grounded, caring presence while we make sense of what arose—the insights, the openings, the disruptive or overwhelming ripples—and let it settle into your body rather than slip away. Rather than interpreting your experience for you, I help you stay close to your own knowing, so what you touched can take root in your everyday life and relationships. Together we’ll do focused work to stabilize what’s tender and carry forward what matters.

Someone who knows the territory

My first experiences receiving psychedelic-assisted therapy came at the lowest point of my life — and they opened doors of healing I hadn’t imagined were possible. They’re the reason I do this work at all.

So I know the beauty of these experiences, and I know the disorientation that can follow. I trained deeply — in Hakomi, in Relational Somatic Healing, in psychedelic integration — so I could sit with people in exactly this window. I’d be honored to sit with you.

What you glimpsed in that expanded state isn’t the end of the journey—it’s an invitation to live the life your heart knows you’re here to live, and you don’t have to find your way there alone.
